My son William and I enjoyed the past week in San Francisco and Monterey, It was great seeing old friends and doing the morning show Wednesday and Thursday from the Monterey studios. I felt like a fish in water.
This week will be yet another truncated one as I’ll be live Monday and Tuesday and probably Wednesday. Thursday will feature a repeat of the live from Monterey shows aired July 30. Then I’ll be back live Friday.
My show airs live 9-noon east coast/6-9 Pacific. I post all my interviews and some segments when I’m solo. You can listen to them right here. To speak to me onair, call 1 (844) FOR-HALG/1 (844) 367-4254.
Please stop by my website www.halginsberg.com early and often. I am hoping to post my latest thoughts on the upcoming Democratic primaries.
In every weekly newsletter, I urge recipients to forward it. Let me here re-emphasize the importance of spreading the word. Without a terrestrial radio signal, I am wholly dependent on people making an extra effort to find me on their computer or via a smart device. So, please please pretty please with sugar on topic forward this newsletter to any friend, relative, acquaintance, casual contact, frenemy, enemy, or nemesis, whom you think would enjoy learning about the Morning Show.
There are a number of ways to listen: at RadioMonterey on your Tunein app, at www.halginsberg.com and at uberstations.com and of course at Radio Monterey.
You can connect with other California Central Coast progressive talk fans on facebook at The Hal Ginsberg Morning Show on Facebook. You can also find me on twitter at @HalGinsberg.

Expect the unexpected including last minute guests and thanks for being part of the Hal Ginsberg Morning Show!
There is another way to listen that just doesn’t require a computer, iPad or iPhone. Just use your phone and dial 518-600-7018 and you can listen to the current show on Radio Monterey. This works great if you are traveling and you have no Internet connection during your favorite Radio Monterey show. It might also work acceptably for some of Hal’s technophobic friends who do not use the Internet.
This above method works best for those phones with unlimited minutes. Be aware though that connecting to an unmanned audio stream on your phone may be technically prohibited in your contract, so it is best to use this method only occasional rather than say 24/7 (that would be much more likely to catch your carrier’s attention).
Want to timeshift Hal’s show instead? I use a $15 software program called TapinRadio avail here: http://www.raimersoft.com/tapinradio.aspx However, if free is your favorite price, you can also record go here http://www.dar.fm/ and register a new account by putting in your email address and a password you create. Then use the search box to find the Hal Ginsberg Show & hit the record button. To listen you will need to come back to the site (only the paid service allows downloads, though you can use software to record the resultant stream if you know how). You will have to extend the free service by logging into the website at least once a week under the term: Scheduled.
