(but it's required)A Brief History of Michael Cohen’s Criminal Ties.
(Sunday, Apr 22. 2018 08:40 PM)From the Russian mob to money launderers, Trump’s personal attorney has long been a subject of interest to federal investigators. Sing Cohen, sing. https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/michael-cohens-ties-to-russia-crime-and-trump-w518941The Michael Cohen case now shines light on Hannity’s property empire. “I’ve said many times on my radio show: I hate the stock market, I prefer real estate. Michael knows real estate” H said on TV. H’s chosen investment vehicle
(Sunday, Apr 22. 2018 08:29 PM)is confirmed by public records reviewed by the Guardian. Hannity is linked 2a group of shell co(s) that spent at least $90m on >870 homes in 7states. Hannity’s atty didnt dispute Hannity owns them all. Dozens of the properties were bought cheap in 2013 after banks foreclosed on their prev owners & some w/support from HUD. Now let’s see how Cohen sings when it becomes clear TH&C’s investments relied on laundered RU mob money. https://goo.gl/BNVZdTThe Dem National Committee (finally) found its cojones & filed a lawsuit against the RU govt, the T campaign & WikiLeaks alleging a conspiracy 2help T win the 2016 election. The 66-page lawsuit claims that RU hacking,
(Friday, Apr 20. 2018 10:28 PM)the T associates’ contacts with RU, & the public cheerleading by the campaign of the hacks amounted2 conspiracy 2interfere in the election & cause damage 2the Dem Party. If the lawsuit proceeds, T & his campaign aides could be forced2 submit2 depositions that require them 2answer questions under oath. https://goo.gl/Q7AphHShade
(Tuesday, Apr 17. 2018 05:52 PM)SCOTUS today ruled that a law subjecting immigrants to deportation 4some “crimes of violence” is unconstitutionally vague. Neil Gorsuch, T’s pick for SCOTUS, joined with the court’s more lib justices, providing the swing vote that invalidated the federal statute. https://goo.gl/riT1EbShade
(Tuesday, Apr 17. 2018 05:45 PM)Stormy Daniels & her lawyer unveiled a forensic sketch of the man she said 7yrs ago threatened her unless she kept quiet re her affair with T. The two r offering a $100k reward 4info re this man. Find him & some very interesting doors re T’s past may become unlocked. T may end up extremely sorry that his atty cheaped out at $130k & that Stormy didn’t get placed on his TV show as promised. Stormy, who is no dummy, realizes the potential value of the story she became involved with. T may now pay dearly. https://goo.gl/ScgkGXComey is essentially the Repub that dared 2say: The emperor has no clothes! In his book, Comey links T’s impulses 2that of Family enforcers: “The silent circle of assent. The boss in complete control. The loyalty oaths. The us-vs-them
(Monday, Apr 16. 2018 06:30 AM)worldview. The lying about all things, lrg & small in service 2some code of loyalty that puts the organization above morality & above the truth.” There’s a distinction between a friend of yours & a friend of ours, a Family ‘amica nostra’. T demands all that surround him be Family, else he fires them via Tweet & he berates them evermore. And T expects the American ppl 2believe his lies. T is ‘morally unfit to be President’. https://goo.gl/KnWiaBhalginsberg
(Sunday, Apr 15. 2018 07:45 AM)4 Shade – my knee-jerk reaction is very deep skepticism about all military strikes like the latest one. I don’t trust the CIA or the UK’s intelligence either. I hope Trump is at least somewhat reluctant to go to war.Shade
(Sunday, Apr 15. 2018 12:53 AM)Bill Maher calls Trump’s Syria strikes ‘Operation Desert Stormy’, claims it’s a distraction. There does seem to have been a rush to judgement. Also, though chem weapons are indiscriminate & horrid, other forms of warfare are often little better. Where is the outrage about these other atrocities?Shade
(Thursday, Apr 12. 2018 05:11 AM)In an ABC interview w/Stephanopoulos airing as a “20/20” special Sunday, Comey states the obvious & compares Trump to a mob boss. Comey’s book “A Higher Loyalty” is out next Tues. https://goo.gl/5vcP6rShade
(Tuesday, Apr 10. 2018 11:43 PM)The Russian military has been jamming the GPS systems of U.S. military drones operating in Syria. The Defense Department did not say whether the jamming is causing drones to crash. However, four U.S. officials said Russia’s signal scrambling has seriously affected military operations. https://goo.gl/p2sqv6Shade
(Sunday, Apr 1. 2018 01:12 PM)It’s getting 2b too long, but these drying services don’t charge if the phone can’t be saved. Staples should be avail in your area. Time is of the essence – though they are closed today.halginsberg
(Sunday, Apr 1. 2018 08:03 AM)Thanks Shade – I fear though the phone is shot. Sprint said they could not repair it. It’s possible I could get a 3rd party to try but I can replace the phone for $145 with the identical model refurbished. Repairing it, even if possible, would cost more.Shade
(Sunday, Apr 1. 2018 12:05 AM)The trick to the phone drying service is the vacuum applied to the container holding the phone. Apply a deep enough vacuum & water will boil off at room temp – and I’ll bet they apply moderate heat too to help things along. This principle is used to remove moisture from the internal plumbing of refrigeration systems, as moisture will cause internal corrosion & will also freeze & cause refrigerant blockages.Maybe skip the rice, per this chart. But a warm lamp near the phone & good airflow from a fan might be better than just doing nothing but waiting.
(Saturday, Mar 31. 2018 03:09 AM)Wet phone? Getting it dried quickly is the secret to preventing permanent damage. It is recommended you leave the phone off until it is dried – battery removed (if poss). See link below re a $20 drying service offered at
(Saturday, Mar 31. 2018 03:02 AM)Staples & prob many other places by now. Until then, you might get the phone to a warm place in a baggie filled w/rice (rubber band paper towel around it if you think the rice will get in the phone). https://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2014/12/18/phone-drying-systems/20212889/Daniels’ allegation of physical intimidation bears resemblance to prev allegations re T employees. In 2009, BuzzFeed’s Jason Leopold rptd atty Kristopher Hansen called FBI and rpted he recv tel call threatening his wife &
(Monday, Mar 26. 2018 09:04 PM)children from a man he believed 2b T’s bodyguard. Hansen rep’d investors in T’s casino, which was going bankrupt. There’s also another claim of physical intimation. In 1995, a T bldg sup & his family sued T’s Org 4false imprisonment. Also, T’s atty Michael Cohen prev on record intimidating a rptr. “You write a story that has T’s nm in it, w/word rape & I’m going 2mess your life up… 4as long as you’re on this frickin planet… https://goo.gl/oc7D4LA woman wearing a sign around her neck that said “Texas deserves better than Cruz” was photographed with Sen Ted Cruz’s (R-Texas).
(Monday, Mar 26. 2018 04:51 PM)A woman wearing a sign around her neck that said “Texas deserves better than Cruz” was photographed with Sen Ted Cruz’s (R-Texas).
(Monday, Mar 26. 2018 04:49 PM)The woman posted the photo to Twitter with the caption: “Got to meet someone who supposedly represents me today. Not for much longer, though! https://twitter.com/SenTedCruz?ref_src=twsrc%5EtfwSenate Repub leader McConnell today said he wants hemp removed from controlled substance list & bring hemp production back into the mainstream by removing it from the controlled substances list. The crop, which once thrived in KY,

(Monday, Mar 26. 2018 01:22 PM)Marco Rubio took for every student’s life in Florida: $1.05.” The figure is the calculation of what each FL student is worth 2the Repub senator; they came up with it by dividing the $3.3M the NRA has spent 2support Rubio’s campaigns, by the 3.1M public & private students in the state. https://goo.gl/uGJTZ7-

The Hal Ginsberg Morning Show January 5 – 9
Visit www.halginsberg.com. This past Thursday I posted a letter that was published in the Washington Post.
Talk to me onair by calling 1 (844) FOR-HALG/1 (844) 367-4254 9-noon east coast/6-9 Pacific.
In every weekly newsletter, I urge recipients to forward it. Let me here re-emphasize the importance of spreading the word. Without a terrestrial radio signal, I am wholly dependent on people making an extra effort to find us on their computer or via their smart device. So, forward this newsletter to any friend, relative, acquaintance, casual contact, frenemy, enemy, or nemesis, whom you think would enjoy learning about the Morning Show.
There are a number of ways to listen between 6-9am Pacific/9-noon east coast: at RadioMonterey on your Tunein app, at www.halginsberg.com and at uberstations.com and of course at Radio Monterey.
You can connect with other progressive talk fans on facebook at The Hal Ginsberg Morning Show on Facebook. You can also find me on twitter at @HalGinsberg.
