The KRXA Morning Show August 8 – 12

I’m psyched about yet another great lineup on tap for this week’s KRXA Morning Show.  I’m not so psyched about the heat and humidity here in Maryland as we brace for another year that’s the hottest on record.

Here’s what’s happening 8-10 M-F on KRXA:

———-

Monday –

8 – Executive Director Kevin Zeese of Voters for Peace returns to the KRXA Morning Show to discuss October 6, 2011 and his pledge to join thousands of others in non-violent resistance against US military aggression around the world.

8:35 – California Assembly District Member Bill Monning will be back next week.

Tuesday –

9 – Monterey County’s top cop Scott Miller is on us for KRXA’s monthly Ask the Sheriff segment.

9:18 – Arlen Grossman’s Quotation Quotient is your opportunity to win a great prize.  Don’t miss Arlen’s column in the Leisure Section of every Sunday’s Monterey Herald.  Arlen will also explain precisely why he’d rather listen to “[his] Steph” than yours truly.

9:45 – Juan Escamilla from Wilson’s Tire and Service joins us for Car Talk.  Call Juan at (831) 476-0370.

Wednesday –

8 – Dagblogger Articleman helps us make sense of the bewildering political landscape at 8

9:47 – Monterey Green Eric Peterson provides a weekly report of Green doings here, there, and everywhere.

Thursday –

8 – Ash-Lee Henderson of Appalachia Rising will be discussing how politics, poverty, and strip mining intersect in an often overlooked part of America.  Appalachia Rising’s latest action is the March on Blair Mountain.

9:30 – Glenn Sadowsky from Optimal Health Acupuncture and Bodywork  helps us enjoy a happier healthier life.

The Friday Free-for-All +

8 – KRXA’s own Solarzar will be on to discuss his and Kyralani’s great Saturday 6-9 pm show – Good Vibrations.

9 – Allie Maffei will give us the lowdown on what’s up over the weekend on the Central Coast.

And, every morning at 8:32 or so, we have the Integrated Wealth Counsel Market Report.  Learn more about award-winning Integrated Wealth Counsel at www.integratedwealth.com

Thanks for being part of KRXA!

As always, there will be lots of room for your calls and probably last minute guests as well.
